Farooq Sattar announces to vote for Shahiq Khaqan in PM elections

ISLAMABAD (City News) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) Chief Farooq Sattar has on Tuesday announced to vote for Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Shahid Khaqan Abbasi in PM elections.
The decision was made after the meeting of MQM-P and PML-N leaders in Farooq Sattar’s residence at the Parliament Lodges.
The leaders of both parties talked to media afterwards where the decision was formally announced by Farooq Sattar. MQM-P chief said on a lighter note that there is queue of candidates for the premiership, but his party will support PML-N with the help of the injection of their votes.
Sattar also talked about the corrupt political system of Sindh, and hoped that the new premier will look after it. He also hinted towards a long term relationship with PML-N in future as well.
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on the occasion thanked Farooq Sattar and MQM-P for supporting him and his party in the elections.
