LAHORE (City News) – Punjab Minister for Sports Janhangir Khanzada said kabaddi is Punjab’s prevalent customary game and Punjab government will take each conceivable measure for the restoration of this amusement.

He communicated these perspectives at the prize appropriation service of SBP Jashan-e Azadi Kabaddi Tournament at Punjab Stadium. Punjab Blues vanquished Punjab Greens by 51-42 in the title conflict and won the competition.

Khanzada said SBP will arrange National Kabaddi Championship in which youthful kabaddi players will be given full chance to demonstrate their ability. “The Jashan-e Azadi sports occasions are being sorted out in all parts of the region to make the adolescent mindful of goals of Independence Day,” he included.

Executive General Sports Punjab, Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghumman stated: “Kabaddi is very well known game in the far-flung zones in Punjab and that is the reason we have included it in Jashan-e-Azadi sports occasions.” Ghumman asked the young to partake in kabaddi titles regularly.

Commending the capability of kabaddi players, SBP DG stated: “Pakistan kabaddi players are exhibiting universal level amusement which is very palatable. Our players have won silver decorations twice in kabaddi World Cup previously. We will give world class preparing to our players with the goal that they can win kabaddi World Cup in future.”
