Sweltering, dry climate expected crosswise over nation

LAHORE (City News) – Met Office on Wednesday has predicted hot and dry weather in several cities of the country including Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

However; rain-thunderstorm is expected at a few places in Malakand, Hazara divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.

According to Met Office, the weather condition will persist till the next two days.

Weak seasonal low lies over northwest Balochistan while a westerly wave is affecting northern parts of the country.

Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning:
Islamabad 23°C, Lahore and Karachi 28°C, Peshawar 26°C, Quetta 16°C, Gilgit 14°C, Murree 16°C and Muzaffarabad 22°C.
