Ishaq Dar documents audit request of against Panamagate decision
ISLAMABAD (City News) – Federal Minister for Finance Ishaq Dar on Monday has tested Supreme Court’s (SC) Panama Leaks case choice and presented an audit supplication against it.
As per points of interest, the interest documented by Ishaq Dar’s legal counselor Tariq Hassan Advocate requested the court to invalidate the decision as it was declared without experiencing all the record.
On July 28, the five-judge bigger seat of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and containing Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheik Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan following seven days in length hearings consistently precluded Nawaz Sharif.
“It is therefore proclaimed that having neglected to uncover his un-pulled back receivables constituting resources from Capital FZE Jebel Ali, UAE in his assignment papers petitioned for the General Elections held in 2013 as far as Section 12(2)(f) of the Representation of the People Act, 1976 (ROPA), and having outfitted a false assertion under serious insistence respondent No. 1 Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif is not legit regarding Section 99(f) of ROPA and Article 62(1)(f) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and in this manner he is excluded to be a Member of the Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament).”
