JIT tightens noose around Sindh government

KARACHI – Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has sought the details of development projects related to four districts of Sindh from the provincial government on Thursday.
JIT has accelerated the investigation of Mega Money Laundering scandal in Sindh while seeking the past 10 years records from Government.
According to sources, details have been sought from four deputy commissioners including those of Tharparkar and Matiari districts.
Statement issued by JIT informed about the investigation on alleged transactions of contractors and checking of development projects at provincial and district level in last 10 years.
Sindh Government should also provide the detaisl of funds of the MembersProvincial Assembly (MPAs) and Members of the National Assembly (MNAs), added JIT.
