ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday tasked Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Shah Farman to enhance relations with political leadership of Afghanistan.
PM Imran expressed that best relationships at all levels between the two neighbor countries were in the interest of people of the region and to achieve common goals. He also directed him to play a role in strengthening relations with his Afghan counterparts.
Sources said that the KP Governor will invite the Governors of different provinces of Afghanistan whereas Shah Farman will also visit Afghanistan.
On the occasion, the Prime Minister said that better relations between the two neighbors are vital in achieving common interests.
