Shehbaz Sharif recovers from coronavirus

LAHORE (City News) – President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shehbaz Sharif has recovered from novel coronavirus and tested negative on Sunday.

Spokesperson of PML-N Marriyum Aurangzeb has said that doctors have advised Opposition Leader to get tested for antibodies in three weeks and to continue extreme caution until result of the test.

Earlier on July 4, Shehbaz Sharif’s sample for coronavirus test was collected by Institute of Public Health in light of order of Lahore High Court (LHC). The court has directed director of the institute to submit report of opposition leader’s test in the court.

Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan has also congratulated Shehbaz Sharif for recovering from the disease and urged him to get on front foot and play his role.

Shehbaz Sharif had tested positive for COVID-19 in early June and self-isolated himself in his home.
