ISLAMABAD (City News) – Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar Saturday called on Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi as both leaders exchanged views on the coronavirus epidemic, Kashmir issue, political situation and other affairs of mutual interest.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said the spread of COVID-19 was reduced by taking timely measures against the pandemic. The foreign minister stressed that implementation over precautionary measures must be ensured.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that India is moving away from other countries of the region, being exposed before the world and facing defeat on every platform. Pakistan is standing by Kashmiri brothers and sisters, he affirmed.

Chaudhry Sarwar said India is committing worst state terrorism in occupied Kashmir. I am in contact with the European and British parliamentarians over the matter, he said while adding that vice-president of the European Parliament Fabio Massimo Castaldo supports Pakistan’s stance over Kashmir.
