ISLAMABAD (City New) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has on Friday reserved verdict on the intra-court appeal filed by the Pakistan Sugar Mills Association (PSMA) against the Sugar Inquiry Commission’s report.

PSMA counsel Makhdoom Ali Khan completed his arguments. The court gave deadline to the lawyer to submit written arguments by Wednesday.

The attorney general submitted references of court decisions in his defense. It is pertinent here to mention that the PSMA had moved the Islamabad High Court to get the Sugar Inquiry Commission’s report suspended.
