Nawaz Sharif’s doctors advise against return without treatment

LAHORE (City News) – American Cardiologists have advised former prime minister Nawaz Sharif against travelling to Pakistan without complete treatment.

According to the latest medical report available with Dunya News, PML-N supremo is suffering from heart and other intricate diseases and he is not allowed to visit crowded places so visiting an airport and travelling in an airplane could prove harmful for him especially during coronavirus pandemic.

Report also states that it should be preferred to get Nawaz Sharif treated in London as doctors over there are already familiar with his medical history.

Personal doctor of Nawaz Sharif has stated in the report that PML-N supremo is still suffering from angina and angiography, which was delayed due to coronavirus pandemic, is a must before his travel back to Pakistan.

On the other hand, Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered Nawaz Sharif to surrender before the court and appear on September 10 at any cost.

During the proceeding, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani remarked that Nawaz Sharif has to appear before the court for hearing. If he is absconder in the reference then he may face additional three-year imprisonment, he went on to say.

The judge added that skipping appearances in the trial is also a crime over which, the counsel said that Nawaz Sharif is undergoing medical treatment, however, he will return after fully recovering from the illness
