KARACHI (City News) – The cricket ground in Karachi’s Malir Kala Board is still inundated by rainwater as the pitch and the outfield are portraying picture of a pond.
Referee room, dressing room and spectators’ stand are now being used for dug peddling. The ground hosted club and departmental matches in the past.
Cricket organizer Tauseef Ahmed said that the ground has hosted hockey competitions also, and promotion of sports in Karachi is not possible until grounds are restored.
